Job Description
Finance & Operational Administrator for a virtual assistant service managing financial workflows and providing analytics. Part-time role in the Philippines with approximately 5–10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily bookkeeping and general financial assisting using QuickBooks.
- Oversee and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handle all expense filing and manual data entry with high accuracy.
- Perform general administrative tasks alongside operational finance and analytic work to support business insights.
- Manage or assist with AIA Payment forms (highly preferred).
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
- General understanding of operational finance and administrative workflows.
- Precision in data entry and expense filing is essential.
- Previous experience with AIA billing or construction-related financial forms is a significant plus.
