Job Description

Finance & Operational Administrator for a virtual assistant service managing financial workflows and providing analytics. Part-time role in the Philippines with approximately 5–10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily bookkeeping and general financial assisting using QuickBooks.
  • Oversee and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Handle all expense filing and manual data entry with high accuracy.
  • Perform general administrative tasks alongside operational finance and analytic work to support business insights.
  • Manage or assist with AIA Payment forms (highly preferred).

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
  • General understanding of operational finance and administrative workflows.
  • Precision in data entry and expense filing is essential.
  • Previous experience with AIA billing or construction-related financial forms is a significant plus.
