Job Description

Partner & VP of Sales at BM Digital driving revenue generation and strategic partnerships. Responsible for architecting the sales function and managing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue generation and drive expansion into larger brand partnerships
  • Architect sales function and define strategy
  • Recruit and manage sales team
  • Own top-line sales metrics and quarterly revenue targets
  • Design sales infrastructure and collaborate with marketing

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience closing $100K–$5M+ deals
  • Experience building mid-market and enterprise sales motions
  • Understanding of the eCommerce growth stack
