Job Description
Patient Coordinator supporting patients, customer relationships, and testing logistics for Natera, a global leader in cfDNA genetic testing. Coordinating with Nurse Coordinators, managing patient data, and encouraging ongoing testing.
Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned Nurse Coordinator to maintain and support existing customers
- Assess patient needs, focusing on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving
- Maintain and support service-oriented relationships with patients
- Ensure data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed promptly
- Help manage business system tools such as QlikView and Salesforce
- Identify, nurture, and grow patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Handle protected health information (PHI) regularly in paper and electronic form
- Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, general policies and procedures compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire
- Maintain current status on Natera training requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of inbound and outbound Call Center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
- Outgoing personality with excellent oral and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Competitive analysis and team-first attitude
- Ability to relate and educate potential patients about Natera technology
- Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills
- Self-motivation and capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle protected health information (PHI)

- Must maintain current Natera training requirements
