Job Description
Performance Marketing Specialist scaling Google and Bing paid search for Leadtech’s global subscription apps. Optimizing budgets, ROAS, pLTV, and conversion across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant search networks
- Manage and scale high-volume budgets, focusing on pLTV, ROAS, and ARPU
- Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, and bidding approaches for subscription funnels
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Work with Product and Lifecycle teams to improve onboarding, conversion, retention, and renewal flows
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve attribution, reporting, and cohort-based insights
- Track and report daily performance and technical KPIs
- Manage budgets and pacing to maximize efficiency while meeting growth and profitability goals
- Stay up to date on industry trends, automation tools, and platform updates
- Propose and ship production changes, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to profitable growth by optimizing LTV/CAC
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
- Experience working cross-functionally across creative, product, and analytics
- Data-driven approach with a test-and-learn mindset
- Initiative to propose new strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience managing large budgets (€1M+/year) — nice to have
- Background in subscription-based businesses (Web or Apps) — nice to have
- Familiarity with LTV models, cohorts, churn, renewals, and payback periods — nice to have
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker — nice to have
- Familiarity with keyword research and search intent for W2W campaigns — nice to have
- Strong proficiency in AI-powered tools, particularly Claude, is highly valued
