Job Description
Field Client Success Manager driving RTM adoption and improving patient outcomes in physical therapy. Extensive travel, working closely with clinicians to deliver tailored solutions and foster strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Traveling to partner clinics (up to 80% travel) to build and maintain strong clinician relationships
- Identify challenges to adoption and collaborate with clinic teams to implement tailored solutions
- Deliver in-person support, coaching, and training to clinicians
- Analyze usage metrics and develop strategic action plans
- Track visit outcomes and progress against client KPIs
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
- 2-5 years of clinical experience preferred; 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Active driver's license in good standing
