Job Description
AIS Engineer leading AI/GenAI projects from ideation to prototypes in Brazil. Requires business-to-tech translation skills and understanding of Google Cloud's ecosystem.

- Strategic "Challenger" Mindset: Focuses on the 10% of innovation spend that drives 80% of revenue, prioritizing outcomes over "order-taking."
- Ambiguity Management: Thrives in "Day Zero" environments, defining structure and direction where no clear path exists
- Transformation Focus: Deep understanding of Google Cloud's ecosystem to build "sticky" solutions that ensure long-term digital change
