Job Description
Senior Power BI Developer designing and optimizing business-critical dashboards and models. Transforming data into insights at Fresche Solutions with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize business-critical dashboards and semantic models
- Transform raw data into reliable, actionable insights
- Own the end-to-end BI lifecycle
- Build star and snowflake models in Power BI
- Create robust, consistent measures using DAX
- Develop clear, maintainable reports and reusable templates
- Implement governance and security measures
- Integrate with enterprise data sources
- Support adoption and self-service enablement
- Monitor and iterate on usage and performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building Power BI solutions in production environments
- Strong DAX and data modeling skills
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query
- Solid SQL skills for querying, validation, and performance analysis
- Working knowledge of Azure analytics stack
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical designs
