Job Description
Pre-Sales DM-Setter engaging with potential clients via Instagram/Facebook DMs. Supporting Chris Bloom Akademie GmbH in their mission of personal development through flexible remote work.
Responsibilities:
- You will actively engage with followers and new contacts via Instagram/Facebook DMs (primarily text-based)
- You will identify potential leads and qualify them for an initial consultation
- You will work with a proven script while remaining human, authentic and empathetic
- You will maintain daily DM statistics and provide feedback on conversion rates
- You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams – including as a freelancer
- You will contribute your own ideas to increase community engagement and actively help shape our sales process
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills: You can communicate empathetically, clearly and concisely – in writing and, if required, verbally.
- Availability to dedicate 4 to 5 hours daily to DMs (Instagram) (hours are flexibly scheduled)
- Empathy & sensitivity: You understand how people think, can read between the lines and respond sensitively to individual situations.
- Interest in personal development: Ideally you have experience or familiarity with topics such as self-love, coaching or inner work—through personal growth, books, podcasts or courses.
- Sales affinity (without hard selling): You can inspire people, recognize needs and steer conversations toward a purpose.
- Self-organization & reliability: You can structure your work independently and stay focused on recurring tasks.
- Basic technical skills: You are comfortable using Instagram/Facebook, Google Sheets, chat tools, etc.
- Willingness to learn: You are open to feedback, continuously work on your conversation skills and contribute ideas.
- Excellent standard German (Hochdeutsch) and a confident, error-free written expression.
