Job Description
Principal AI Process Orchestrator redesigning business workflows for Creative Chaos, an AI orchestration company. Leading client engagements, AI-agent implementations, and measurable operational transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements end-to-end and serve as the face of the engagement
- Own weekly updates, monthly business reviews, and strategic direction
- Map client organizations and produce opportunity maps identifying 5–10 AI transformation workflows
- Design rewired future-state workflows defining human and agent responsibilities, handoffs, evaluations, and success metrics
- Scope implementation work, direct Associate Orchestrators, review output, and ship the first automation to production within 60 days
- Identify opportunities for Build pods, Rescue, or ongoing Support and bring in the appropriate Creative Chaos resources
- Report measurable client impact, including hours saved, error-rate reduction, and throughput gains
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience working between business stakeholders and technical teams, including interviewing users, mapping workflows, writing specifications, and owning outcomes
- Individual contributor track; not seeking to manage people
- Built and deployed real AI agents
- Daily use of Claude Code
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCPs, and agent frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating GitHub projects, side projects, deployed agents, or public writing; a resume alone is insufficient
- Business-native English and executive poise
- Experience working with or inside US or Western companies
- Ability to run stakeholder workshops with approximately 12 participants
- Ability to lead meetings with US CEOs
- Self-directed learning and curiosity, including learning new tools independently
