Job Description
Principal Consultant leading strategic consulting engagements at PerkinElmer. Driving significant revenue growth and mentoring the next generation of consulting leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic consulting engagements and drive revenue growth
- Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on high-impact, multi-year client programs
- Personally drive $2M–$3M+ in annual revenue through direct delivery and opportunity origination
- Lead the development of new consulting capabilities, methodologies, and intellectual property
- Mentor Principal Consultants and high-potential talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 15+ years in life sciences, biotech, or technical consulting
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives
- Deep experience in consultative selling, pricing strategy, and P&L accountability
- Recognized thought leader with a history of shaping industry discourse
