Job Description
Principal Product Manager leading growth strategies for CloudBees Unify, enhancing enterprise software delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy for CloudBees Unify across acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and conversion.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute growth bets using customer insight, product analytics, and experimentation.
- Design and ship in-product experiences that reduce time-to-value and drive adoption across developers, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead experimentation efforts including onboarding, trials, packaging, entitlements, and usage-based signals.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Sales to align product-led and sales-assisted growth motions.
- Leverage AI-powered capabilities to reduce friction, personalize experiences, and surface insights that accelerate adoption and expansion.
- Define and track success metrics including activation, engagement, retention, expansion.
- Influence roadmap and investment decisions by tying growth insights directly to customer and business impact.
- Serve as a thought partner and mentor, raising the bar for growth product thinking across the organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with deep ownership of growth or product-led initiatives.
- Proven track record driving growth for developer tools, DevOps platforms, infrastructure products, or B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience operating in enterprise or hybrid PLG + sales-led environments.
- Expertise in product analytics, funnel analysis, and experiment design.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Systems-level thinking across UX, onboarding, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions.
- Comfort working with technical products and technical audiences.
- Growth mindset: curious, resilient, scrappy and eager to iterate quickly.
