Job Description

Lead Partner Role Excellence at Workday enhancing partner enablement and driving global revenue through AI-driven strategies. Collaborate with teams to ensure implementation readiness and learning modernization.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-create the overarching enablement framework for the Workday ecosystem
  • Design and deploy specialized strategies for VARs & Referral Partners and System Integrators
  • Modernize the learning experience with AI-driven insights
  • Lead GTM Readiness for New Product Introductions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales/Partner Enablement in a global SaaS company
  • Proven track record in Enterprise Software (SaaS) sales and partner enablement
  • Understanding of complex, matrixed partner ecosystem
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build consensus
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and leverage of modern tech stacks
