Job Description

Procurement Analyst supporting supplier onboarding processes for a global cloud services company. Ensuring high-quality service and managing multiple stakeholders during procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing support to both internal stakeholders and suppliers during the onboarding process and creating suppliers’ accounts in our system;
  • Serving as an expert for onboarding tools to advise and support stakeholders with their questions;
  • Identifying and resolving any process exceptions to ensure smooth processing and highest service level;
  • Working with P2P teams to coordinate proper booking and payment processes;
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and suppliers in case of onboarding related queries.

Requirements:

  • Have experience in Procurement area, preferably in Master Data Management;
  • Have proven experience in managing multi-region customers, suppliers – diverse supplier base;
  • Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel;
  • Have experience in Oracle ERP;
  • Possess great analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to gather, synthesize and summarize data;
  • Demonstrate good collaboration and communication skills with fluency in the English language;
  • Have an ability to work on your own and manage multiple activities concurrently.
