Job Description
Product enablement manager turning Salesforce and program changes into practical training for GiveDirectly’s global cash-transfer operations. Creating multilingual materials, delivering rollout training, and closing feedback loops from field teams.
Responsibilities:
- Turn new survey designs, program changes, and system releases into training materials, live training sessions, demo videos, release notes, and internal communications
- Build practical training decks, job aids, quick-reference sheets, and step-by-step guides for field use
- Write communications tailored to Country Directors, Program Directors, Field Managers, Assistant Field Managers, and Field Officers
- Deliver training sessions in person or remotely and record screen-capture demo videos
- Write and maintain release notes and change documentation for common Salesforce builds
- Produce or adapt materials across English, Portuguese, and French, and manage translation support
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Program Design team, including briefings, deck editing, meeting notes, action tracking, and cross-country follow-up
- Identify recurring field questions, unclear designs, and workarounds, and feed insights back to design owners
- Support the 2027 common Salesforce build rollout and 2028 pilot materials
- Travel approximately once per quarter at minimum, with additional travel during rollout waves, to deliver training and observe field use
- Report to Carolina Toth, Senior Director, Product
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Field Officer, or in a directly equivalent frontline data-collection or enrollment role, at GiveDirectly or a comparable cash transfer, humanitarian, or survey organization
- Excellent written English: clear, short, and organized
- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese or French, including written
- Experience producing training or instructional material, and delivering training live to groups
- Ability to translate technical or system changes into plain, practical instruction without losing the parts that matter
- Organized and self-directed enough to run a queue of requests from several stakeholders, and to say clearly when it is over capacity
- Willingness to travel to field sites, including rural and low-infrastructure locations
- Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly Values and active demonstration of emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity
