Job Description
Product Designer at Sherpany responsible for UI/UX design for its meeting management solution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience for board and C-level meetings.
Responsibilities:
- As a Product Designer at Sherpany, you will be part of the Product Design Chapter of 10 people.
- You will collaborate closely with Product Manager and Engineers in your squad to make Sherpany a delightful product for Board- and C-Level Meetings.
- In this role, you'll solve challenging design problems and develop easy-to-use user interfaces.
- Your decisions are based on user research findings.
- You create concepts, workflows, design prototypes, and optimise the user experience journey.
- Together with the Product Manager, you help to define the strategy, objectives, and vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team’s area of the end to end product.
Requirements:
- Combines user focus with business goals
- Collaborates closely with product managers and stakeholders to shape user journeys.
- Full ownership of features or products, from ideation to implementation
- Validating, testing solutions to solve user pains and drive expected business outcomes
- Ability to analyze both quantitive and qualitative data, set success metrics
- Self-organized in a remote-first set-up
- Fluency in English, German is a nice to have
