Job Description

UI/UX Designer for Canadian telehealth platform enhancing patient and provider experiences. Collaborating with teams to design user-friendly interfaces and improve clinical tools in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on patient-facing flows (onboarding, eligibility, consultations, prescriptions)
  • Improve the provider dashboard used by our clinical team
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
  • Conduct lightweight usability reviews and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
  • Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or patient-facing products
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work (not just marketing/branding)
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience designing for mobile-first responsive web applications
  • Comfortable working async in a small, fast-moving team
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Bonus: experience with telehealth, EMR, or regulated health platforms
