Job Description
Project Leader at SONDA managing integrated project operations and coordinating cross-functional teams. Focusing on effective project governance and communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform integrated management of the entire project.
- Develop and ensure compliance with the project plan across all management disciplines.
- Coordinate the development of the cut-over plan with participation from the project’s various areas and workstreams.
- Report physical and financial performance, as well as other information required for project control, to the Governance Staff.
- Inform Organizational Change Management (OCM) of team performance issues that may impact the project environment.
- Review change requests and submit them to the Governance Staff for analysis and approval by the Project Executive Committee.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Knowledge of PMBOK disciplines or SAP methodologies.
- Experience in technology projects.
- Foreign language required (ENGLISH) with intermediate proficiency in speaking, reading, comprehension and writing.
