Job Description
Product Designer at Pink Elephant building innovative mental health products through effective design strategies. Responsible for end-to-end design processes and user engagement metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Brand & product vibe: define and protect a distinct visual and emotional identity.
- Vibe-coding & rapid prototyping: build interactive prototypes and ship real UI.
- End-to-end product design: own the full design process from insight to shipped screen.
- Conversion architecture: design onboarding, paywalls, and activation flows.
- Design systems: maintain a living component library that scales.
- User research & feedback loops: run qualitative sessions, synthesize feedback.
Requirements:
- Conversion-aware design. You understand funnels, drop-off, and what makes someone tap 'subscribe.'
- Retention-first thinking. Onboarding isn't just the first launch.
- Vibe-coding fluency. Comfortable using AI tools (v0, Cursor, Bolt, Framer AI, or equivalent).
- Strong design POV. Your work has a recognizable creative signature.
- Mobile-first craft. Obsessive attention to gesture, scroll, haptic affordance, and the texture of native apps - especially on iOS.
- Async communication. Ship clear Loom walkthroughs, annotated Figma files, and written design rationale.
Benefits:
- Opportunity to build designs of the breakthrough mental health products.
- Start-up culture: remote team, freedom in schedule and decision making.
- Team of professionals passionate about progressive mental health.
