Job Description
Product Designer designing workflows and features for a platform used by franchisors for operational excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging in user research and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Design workflows of product features used by franchise owners, managers, and team members
- Partner with Designers, PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Help in discovery and breaking down of problems by participating in user research and data analysis
- Help in solutioning and validation through prototypes and usability testing
- Write product copy
- Contribute to the design components system
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- A portfolio with real world examples of shipped work
- A growing sense of ownership, with the ability to understand and apply the product and business context behind the design
- Comfortable with Figma
- Nice to have: comfortable with vibe coding
- Strong English communication skills
