Job Description
Product Designer shaping Injective Labs’ Web3 finance products, web apps, and DAPPs. Leading end-to-end design projects, prototypes, and product strategy for decentralized finance experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and impact product execution and quality
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
- Listen to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight customers
- Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, applying pixel-perfect detail or low-fidelity sketches and prototypes as appropriate
- Work hands-on on Injective web products and DAPPs
- Work with leadership to help craft Injective's products
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a UI/UX design role; consumer fintech experience preferred
- Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, cross-functional team
- Excellent Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics
- Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design, including layout, typography, and color
- Portfolio demonstrating love and care for the craft
- Passion for building and creating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in North/South America or Europe time zones
- Previous crypto-space experience preferred
- Previous exchange experience (CEX or DEX) preferred
