Job Description
Product Forward Deployed Engineer working on AI innovations at Salesforce. Engaging with customers to validate and stress-test new features while informing product roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Validate and stress-test pilot features with customers
- Conduct feasibility research on novel use cases
- Co-develop hypotheses with Technology & Product
- Document and escalate critical engineering issues
- Lead technical engagement of new, emerging products
- Run rapid prototyping and POC cycles
- Build reusable accelerators, playbooks, and reference architectures
- Partner directly with Product Managers and Engineers
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on engagement in enterprise software or SaaS environments
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI/LLM-based solutions
- Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, security, and integrations
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Apex, or Java)
- Strong diagnostic and problem decomposition instincts
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Experience with product telemetry and observability analysis
- High agency, self-motivation, and agility quotient
- Ability to travel 20–30% to customer sites and company engagements
