Job Description
Product Line Manager responsible for achieving financial goals through product strategy and management at Afinitas. Collaborating across functions to drive growth and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Meet annual and long-term financial goals of assigned product lines
- Define and drive product strategy and management
- Leverage deep customer and market insights for growth
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing on product line initiatives
- Create and implement pricing frameworks and tools
- Monitor industry trends and customer behavior
- Travel as required to support customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in business leadership, product line management, or operations
- Engineering background preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of steel reinforcement, precast, and/or prestress a plus
- Proven ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers at all organizational levels
- Deep experience collaborating with sales, technical, and business teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Financial competence, with familiarity in planning and forecasting
- Demonstrated excellence in business strategy and development
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred
