Job Description
Product Manager shaping agentic AI products from 0→1 at M32 AI, which builds agentic AI for SMBs globally. Owning UX, roadmap, onboarding, and product experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CPO to shape innovative AI products from 0→1
- Become the central expert and own the product experience end-to-end
- Turn complex product functionality into a clean, simple, integrated UX across modules
- Own the roadmap and feature definition
- Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features
- Map the full product surface area from dashboard through all features and module connections
- Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education
- Explore product functionality, identify gaps and friction, and propose improvements
- Cross-reference specification, staging, and production states to identify gaps and regressions
- Prioritize improvements using usage signals and customer feedback
- Produce PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs
- Collaborate with design and engineering while independently driving UX when needed
Requirements:
- Immediate joiners are preferred, but everyone will be considered
- Hands-on, meticulous Product Manager
- Quickly become a central power user and product expert
- Own UX end-to-end
- Find gaps through product deep-dives and data
- Proven experience optimizing onboardings and driving higher conversion and lower dropoffs with product onboardings
- Strong UX/UI and interaction design judgment
- Extremely curious and willing to challenge decisions and propose alternatives
- Obsessive about identifying friction, inconsistencies, uncaptured opportunities, and missing connections between modules
- Ability to cross-reference spec, staging, and production states to catch gaps and regressions
- Extremely data-driven and customer-centric; uses usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize
- Action-oriented prioritization; avoids overbuilding and reduces UI clutter
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong judgment on importance versus noise
- Produces comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review
- Comfortable partnering with design and engineering
- Able to drive UX independently when needed
