Job Description

Product Manager overseeing eCommerce and web platform projects for US technology company. Managing project timelines and collaborating with teams to deliver strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the refinement of the vision and strategic goals for MemberNet 2.0 and the modernized sales enablement platform.
  • Validate and evolve product direction through user research, industry analysis, and competitive insights.
  • Identify and articulate the “must-have” vs. “future opportunity” capabilities — balancing speed-to-value with long-term innovation.
  • Conduct structured interviews and feedback sessions with independent retailers and store-level sales teams, internal stakeholders (member support, vendor teams, customer success, training, sales, analytics, IT).
  • Map workflows and pain points across both internal users and retail associates.
  • Translate feedback into prioritized product requirements and actionable insights.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to break initiatives into achievable milestones and sprint-level deliverables.
  • Build clear backlog structures, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Establish success metrics and measurable value delivered in each release.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, and SMEs to shepherd work from concept through delivery.
  • Review and validate functionality during build, test, and launch phases.
  • Drive documentation, communications, and stakeholder alignment — ensuring clarity on scope, trade-offs, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management (preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, retail tech, or internal platforms)
  • Demonstrated success modernizing legacy systems
  • Proven ability to run discovery interviews and translate insights into user stories, prototypes, and roadmap priorities
  • Strong experience driving backlog creation, sprint planning, and cross-functional execution in agile environments
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder and technical audiences
  • Ability to balance short-term delivery milestones with long-term product strategy
  • Experience in retail technology, sales enablement tools, or internal knowledge platforms

Benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Professional development opportunities
