Job Description

Product Manager building compliant contractor-management solutions for Remote’s global employment platform. Owning roadmap, strategy, AI-assisted prototyping, and cross-functional product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Build solutions together with the team and own the end-to-end experience across human-powered services and software
  • Lead complex solutions autonomously and manage internal expectations for complex projects, products, and features
  • Build an effective roadmap and strategy for the Contractor Management product area
  • Break strategic plans into understandable near- and mid-term goals
  • Align the product roadmap with department and company problems
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the product area and contribute to scaling and growth plans
  • Ship improvements quickly and iteratively using minimal solutions
  • Support a high-throughput, high-ROI product team
  • Understand business KPIs and align team work and metrics to improve them
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, operations, and sales
  • Share product techniques, processes, and learnings across the Product organization
  • Communicate and promote the team’s work to customers and internal teams
  • Work asynchronously and transparently
  • Contribute to tactical and strategic decision-making
  • Develop subject matter expertise in complex business problems related to mobile experiences
  • Report to the Group Product Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth company
  • Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or a similar tool
  • Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes with AI tooling
  • Strong strategic and tactical product judgment
  • Demonstrable, self-driven results that moved a product in the right direction
  • Passion for creating seamless and effective products for complex problems
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a bonus
