Job Description

Product Manager II driving innovation across Abnormal's AI-native security platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and measurable customer impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product definition and roadmap for your areas of responsibility
  • Drive discovery informed by customer and market insight
  • Lead cross-functional execution from concept to launch
  • Collaborate on product strategy and positioning
  • Champion metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with GTM and customer-facing teams
  • Leverage AI and modern tooling for speed and clarity

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in software, preferably in B2B SaaS or other technical domains.
  • Proven experience working on highly technical products, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and reasoning about technical tradeoffs and constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end: synthesizing customer feedback, defining requirements, prioritizing a roadmap, and driving execution across at least one full product or major feature lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define success metrics, and make well-justified decisions using both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with Engineering, Design, and GTM partners, and presenting clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and operational excellence across planning, documentation, and execution.
  • A growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a bias toward learning, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Benefits:

  • At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
