Job Description
Product Manager launching AI-driven product capabilities to improve hiring outcomes at Employ. Leading initiatives within a fast-moving team in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve hiring outcomes, platform differentiation, and customer ROI
- Lead structured discovery and validation efforts, including customer interviews, market analysis, and rapid experimentation
- Define product hypotheses, MVPs, success metrics, and decision frameworks to evaluate investment and scale potential
- Partner with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality prototypes and early product iterations
- Translate emerging AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, automation, decision support) into commercially viable, customer-ready solutions
- Balance speed with rigor—ensuring solutions are reliable, explainable, and aligned with customer expectations
- Communicate product vision, progress, learnings, and business impact to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Contribute to repeatable incubation and innovation processes that support ongoing growth and portfolio expansion
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience leading early-stage or 0→1 product initiatives within a scaled organization
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products or working closely with AI/ML teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes and tradeoffs
- Ability to operate effectively in a PE-backed or results-driven environment with clear expectations and accountability
- Excellent communication skills across technical teams and executive stakeholders.
