Job Description
Technical Product Lead responsible for owning product vision and collaborating with founders at AI-driven company Lahzo. Focusing on shaping the narrative and testing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision.
- Develop and steward a clear, compelling 18-24 month product point of view, not a roadmap.
- Work directly with founders to hold the product's direction and make the hard calls on sequencing.
- Shape the narrative.
- Identify what's working and what's soft.
- Translate between worlds.
- Pressure-test priorities.
- Build shared understanding.
Requirements:
- Founder background, or operated close enough to one that you think like one.
- You've been accountable for both the product and the growth, and you know how inseparable they are.
- Genuine product instinct.
- Technically fluent and culturally sharp.
- Narrative experience.
- Low ego, high ownership.
- Comfortable in early-stage environments where org structure is loose and pace is high.
