Job Description
Product Manager at OLX responsible for product strategy and optimization in e-commerce and AdTech sectors. Collaborating on ranking algorithms and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Design the strategy and roadmap for evolving ranking rules and monetization products.
- Translate complex business objectives into logical requirements for engineering and data teams.
- Continuously analyze the performance funnel and the impact that ranking changes have on overall revenue and the sellers ecosystem.
- Ensure a culture of experimentation, isolating variables to understand the true impact of each change on visibility and conversion.
- Align expectations with stakeholders in commercial, pricing, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Senior product experience: Proven track record managing products with high analytical complexity in marketplaces, e‑commerce, or AdTech/media platforms.
- Data focus: Strong experience with products involving robust backend logic, decision engines, algorithms, or dynamic pricing.
- Growth and performance mindset: Strong ability to connect technical product decisions to financial impact.
- Strong data culture: Familiarity with complex A/B tests, statistical analysis, and monitoring algorithm performance metrics.
- Stakeholder management: Strong stakeholder management skills.
