Job Description
Product Manager owning roadmap and delivery for Reiz Tech’s lending platform. Working remotely with clients and Agile teams to build valuable financial-services products.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and backlog for the product area and decide what the team works on next
- Get to know clients and their businesses, and monitor the market and competitors
- Identify problems worth solving and test ideas with data and client feedback
- Work with delivery teams to shape solutions and deliver them in small, valuable steps
- Set clear goals for deliverables and assess outcomes for clients and the business
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned by explaining priorities, managing expectations, and raising risks early
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
- Experience in B2B software or financial services (lending or funding) is a strong advantage
- Experience making prioritization decisions, including when information is incomplete or unclear, and explaining the reasoning behind them
- Ability to get people on board with your decisions without formal authority
- Experience talking to customers and turning what you learn into product decisions
- Understanding of how regulation and data privacy affect product work in financial services
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confidence working with clients, including senior stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Open to feedback and willing to adapt to how our team works
