Job Description
Money Movement Product Manager owning Fasset’s payment rails, settlement, reconciliation, and treasury infrastructure. Building scalable operations across emerging-market corridors and banking partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own Fasset's money movement product surface, including on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, payment infrastructure, and payments operations
- Turn settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury flows from spreadsheet- and tribal-knowledge-based processes into scalable infrastructure
- Define settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, transaction processing, and exception handling operating models with Finance and FinOps
- Align rail and infrastructure decisions with the Own Network shared money-movement and API layer
- Apply AI-native execution discipline to money movement operations
- Navigate jurisdictional banking restrictions, pricing, and regulatory constraints across emerging-market corridors
- Report to the Head of Product
- Work daily with core retail product and Own infrastructure teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years in product for Senior PM leveling or 7+ years in product for Lead PM leveling
- Experience shipping payment rails in emerging-market or high-growth fintech, including on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire, or card acquiring
- Experience working across more than one PSP or banking partner at a time
- Comfort owning settlement, reconciliation, and treasury processes as well as customer-facing flows
- Ability to analyze corridor unit economics, deposit fees, FX spread, and send fees
- Experience negotiating or directly managing partner-bank or PSP relationships
- Stablecoin or crypto rails, multi-currency treasury, or emerging-markets banking experience is a strong plus
