Job Description
Product Manager leading Airbnb’s new global guest-host experience across stays, payments, trust, and support. Driving strategy, cross-functional execution, staged launches, and product storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the vision and roadmap for a new product experience, from concept through launch.
- Set the vision for connecting stays, experiences, payments, trust, and support into one journey.
- Make prioritization decisions balancing guests, hosts, and business needs.
- Partner with brand and marketing to shape the product introduction and messaging.
- Bring together product, design, engineering, data science, payments, trust, customer support, marketing, and policy teams around a shared plan.
- Launch in stages, learn from each step, and refine the product as it grows.
- Use guest and host research, data, and market signals to sharpen strategy.
- Translate complex trade-offs into clear decisions for teams and concise narratives for leadership.
- Own the work end to end, from strategy and product decisions through launch storytelling.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally including consumer products people love.
- Track record of owning ambitious, cross-functional work end to end, from vision through launch.
- Ability to build something new where the path is not yet defined and decisions carry weight.
- Sound judgment on trade-offs and ability to make prioritization decisions when goals compete.
- Strong sense of brand and storytelling, with an eye for what makes an experience feel special.
- Comfort working through trust, privacy, and policy questions at scale.
- Clear, structured communication and credibility to align partners and leaders around a shared vision.
- Bias toward action and steady progress, even when the path is not fully mapped.
- Must live in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
