Job Description
Senior Product Manager shaping customer-facing digital products at Evri, a parcel delivery company serving UK customers. Leading roadmaps, discovery, delivery and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal Product Manager in shaping strategy for the Customer product pillar
- Define and own a prioritised, outcome-led product roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders
- Lead complex products across discovery, experimentation, launch, optimisation and retirement
- Ensure product OKRs align with value stream and company objectives
- Champion continuous discovery and delivery using user research, experimentation and analytics
- Use product data and insights to track performance, inform decisions and demonstrate impact
- Act as a subject-matter expert for the value stream, understanding customers, competitors, market trends and technology
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design on user experience, architecture and delivery principles
- Support and coach Product Managers
- Communicate with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to a high-performing, customer-obsessed product culture
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager delivering complex, customer-facing digital products
- Strong experience in a product-centric, agile environment with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience in user research and customer engagement
- Confidence using data for decisions, prioritisation and performance measurement
- Experience defining and delivering product OKRs and strategic objectives
- Ability to manage and communicate a product roadmap clearly and effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- Experience supporting, mentoring or leading Product Managers
- Naturally curious, analytical and outcomes-focused, with a bias for action
