Job Description

Senior Product Manager shaping customer-facing digital products at Evri, a parcel delivery company serving UK customers. Leading roadmaps, discovery, delivery and product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Principal Product Manager in shaping strategy for the Customer product pillar
  • Define and own a prioritised, outcome-led product roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders
  • Lead complex products across discovery, experimentation, launch, optimisation and retirement
  • Ensure product OKRs align with value stream and company objectives
  • Champion continuous discovery and delivery using user research, experimentation and analytics
  • Use product data and insights to track performance, inform decisions and demonstrate impact
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for the value stream, understanding customers, competitors, market trends and technology
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design on user experience, architecture and delivery principles
  • Support and coach Product Managers
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to a high-performing, customer-obsessed product culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager delivering complex, customer-facing digital products
  • Strong experience in a product-centric, agile environment with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience in user research and customer engagement
  • Confidence using data for decisions, prioritisation and performance measurement
  • Experience defining and delivering product OKRs and strategic objectives
  • Ability to manage and communicate a product roadmap clearly and effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders
  • Experience supporting, mentoring or leading Product Managers
  • Naturally curious, analytical and outcomes-focused, with a bias for action
