Job Description

Product Manager responsible for managing and analyzing performance data related to fintech products. Seek improvements and drive results through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Act strategically in cross-functional product performance management, identifying improvement opportunities and driving results through data and metrics;
  • Support Product and Data teams in defining, structuring, and monitoring product and business KPIs and OKRs;
  • Partner with the Data team to ensure the creation and evolution of dashboards that reflect product performance and enable consistent analysis;
  • Promote a data and performance culture among managers and Product Managers, supporting data-driven decision making;
  • Conduct exploratory analyses and performance studies to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and actionable insights;
  • Assist in creating monitoring frameworks, ensuring product metrics are clear, traceable, and aligned with the company's strategy;
  • Work cross-functionally with Technology, Data, Governance, Finance, and Product teams to strengthen the use of information in product portfolio management;
  • Manage the backlog of performance-related initiatives, prioritizing deliveries with the highest impact and technical feasibility;
  • Support Product Managers in developing action plans based on performance results and ensure continuous monitoring of initiative effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Proven experience as a Performance/Growth/Data Analyst in a Product context, preferably in financial institutions, fintechs, or technology companies;
  • Experience in growth, performance, or product strategy in a digital environment;
  • Experience with data processing and analysis, use of AI, defining metrics, dashboards, and BI tools (e.g., Databricks and Power BI);
  • Proficiency in SQL and database handling;
  • Solid understanding of product and business metrics, performance KPIs, and data-driven product management methodologies;
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Experience working on projects with technology teams, with knowledge of agile methodologies, system architecture, and integrations (APIs).
