Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading product strategy for billing solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize telecom billing and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively define the product strategy for the Billing module with your squad, stakeholders, and leadership team.
- Identify, research, and prioritize work for your team based on customer feedback, operational data, and business goals.
- Use data analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to become an expert in telecom billing and revenue management.
- Ensure your team consistently tackles the most impactful items by owning and maintaining the backlog.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for billing, aligning it with the company's growth goals and customer needs.
- Lead the formulation and execution of the product strategy, ensuring the billing module meets customer needs while achieving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to understand billing pain points and translate them into product improvements.
- Understand the technical implications of billing architecture decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Dive deep into billing edge cases, payment workflows, and tax compliance requirements to design robust solutions.
- Design solutions that reduce manual effort, minimize billing errors, and accelerate time-to-value for customers.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years in a Product Management role.
- Experience with B2B software, especially in billing, payments, accounting, FinTech, or revenue management.
- Competency in using both qualitative and quantitative data to shape your strategic vision.
- Strong communication skills, ensuring alignment across teams like design, product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Familiarity with flexible agile team processes.
- Ability to reason about complex business logic (e.g rating, charging, invoicing, proration, credits, and adjustments)
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of your workflow for research, analysis, scoping, prototyping and problem-solving.
- Ability to build and iterate on personal AI-powered workflows that compound your productivity over time.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants to extract insights from data, prototype solutions, or accelerate technical and product discovery.
