Job Description
Product Manager leading Epic/MyChart roadmaps, analytics, and interoperability for Ascension’s nonprofit Catholic healthcare system. Optimizing digital patient access and consumer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own and communicate the Epic/MyChart capability roadmap
- Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with technical configurations, consumer growth, and patient access goals
- Evaluate patient journey analytics and utilization data to identify digital friction points
- Optimize self-service and engagement touchpoints
- Build data-driven business cases and financial impact models for feature enablement, system enhancements, and platform investments
- Author product requirements, user stories, and feature acceptance criteria
- Guide analysts, configuration teams, and deployment partners
- Collaborate with enterprise partners and leaders to integrate MyChart capabilities into the broader consumer digital experience ecosystem
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive product management experience managing, optimizing, or governing Epic Systems and MyChart platforms in a complex healthcare environment
- Epic MyChart Certification or documented Proficiency
- Deep understanding of digital product management methodologies, product analytics, backlog prioritization frameworks, and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards
