Job Description
Senior Product Manager shaping scalable, AI-first housing products at Latin America’s largest housing platform. Leading cross-functional squads, roadmaps, discovery, and high-impact marketplace initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the product vision and quarterly roadmap
- Translate complex business and user problems into scalable product solutions
- Lead a cross-functional squad integrating engineering, design, data, and operations
- Ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliveries
- Kick off discovery streams, validate hypotheses, and test new approaches before scaling
- Influence business strategy and coordinate cross-company initiatives
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and align expectations with senior leadership
- Bring market insights and raise the bar for product decision-making
- Occasionally coach more junior product team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager designing, building, and delivering high-impact, end-to-end digital solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven decision-making and comfort navigating complex metrics
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Ability to uncover real user requirements and advocate for the best experience
- Comfortable working with aggressive timelines and making quick adjustments in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- Experience working on complex marketplaces, platform foundations, or AI-centric products (nice to have)
- Previous background in strategy consulting, data science, or operations combined with hands-on product experience (nice to have)
- Advanced or fluent English skills (nice to have)
