Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning APIs, integrations, analytics, and real-time location services. Powering Canopy’s healthcare workforce safety platform for hospitals nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Own the platform capabilities powering every Canopy product
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared platform services and the real-time location platform
- Own APIs and platform interfaces enabling consistent product development
- Lead enterprise integrations with EHRs, security platforms, identity providers, and other customer systems
- Develop reporting and analytics capabilities that demonstrate customer impact
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, and partner experience
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and customer-facing teams
- Prioritize platform investments and deliver capabilities supporting scalable product delivery and customer deployments
- Ensure product teams build faster using shared platform capabilities
- Improve the implementation and maintenance of enterprise integrations
- Ensure platform services meet reliability, scalability, and performance targets
- Enable customers to measure Canopy’s value through reporting and analytics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of platform or infrastructure products
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, prioritized roadmaps
- Experience with enterprise integrations in healthcare environments, including EHRs, RTLS platforms, security systems, or identity providers
- Ability to debate architectural tradeoffs with engineers, align cross-functional teams around platform priorities, and present platform strategy and business outcomes to executives
- Experience balancing foundational platform investments with customer-facing feature delivery
- Strong data instincts, including defining success quantitatively and shaping customer analytics capabilities
