Job Description
Product Manager owning strategy and end-to-end delivery for Orderly’s decentralized DeFi trading products. Collaborating across engineering, design, growth, and ecosystem teams to improve crypto trading and developer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive product strategy and initiatives across DeFi and trading products
- Work with engineering, design, research, growth, marketing, and ecosystem teams to identify user needs and build trading and developer experiences
- Leverage understanding of DeFi, crypto markets, and on-chain products to identify opportunities and validate product ideas
- Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints, identify bottlenecks, and make pragmatic trade-offs
- Define product specifications, requirements, success metrics, and priorities
- Use data, user feedback, and market insights to develop strategies and drive product decisions
- Lead prioritization, risk analysis, resource allocation, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives
- Develop strategies to drive product adoption, market awareness, and engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Significant experience in DeFi, crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial products
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, crypto markets, on-chain trading, liquidity, and trading mechanics
- Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end
- Strong product sense and ability to turn complex technical or market problems into actionable product solutions
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints and trade-offs
- Strong analytical skills using data and user insights for product decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- High ownership, curiosity, and ability to operate independently
- Experience developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus
- Understanding of protocols, APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, on-chain data, liquidity, and trading mechanics
