Job Description

Product Manager für die Dienstrad-Leasing-Plattform von Lease a Bike. Verantwortung für Produktvision, Customer Journey, UX, Conversion und digitale Produktinnovationen.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and continued development of the Lease a Bike platform for all customer groups across the entire customer journey
  • Proactively drive product innovation and identify opportunities
  • Shape the product and platform based on market developments and customer problems
  • Focus on user experience and conversion
  • Develop, design, and improve product offerings
  • Create product-related business cases and presentation materials
  • Make product success measurable and act agilely
  • Collaborate with product management teams across the corporate group
  • Coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders to realize the product vision
  • Maintain close relationships with strategic partners and leverage joint growth opportunities
  • Identify market trends and incorporate market feedback into strategic development
  • Regularly report project status to management
  • Initiate measures at an early stage to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, computer science/business informatics, or digital product management, or a comparable qualification acquired through relevant professional experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in digital product management
  • Ideally, experience in a platform-based B2B or B2C environment
  • Knowledge of e-commerce processes, ideally checkout flows, product ideation, and multi-customer use cases
  • Experience with problem and solution discovery, delivery guidance, A/B testing, and agile methods
  • Confident working with tools such as Jira
  • Ability to prioritize and structure requirements clearly
  • Experience collaborating with IT organizations
  • Initial experience leading agile, cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of an entrepreneurial mindset and digital business models
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
