Job Description
Product Owner / Business Analyst shaping AI-enabled document review solutions for ERNI, a global software development company. Managing AI product scope, workflows, evaluation, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business/domain stakeholders and AI engineering teams
- Translate requirements into product scope, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Balance business requirements, AI capabilities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
- Define and manage AI evaluation criteria, Golden Sets, rule curation, source referencing, citation validation, and hallucination control
- Lead the design and mapping of document review workflows, business rules, and framework criteria
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and domain specialists to deliver IDP and RAG solutions
- Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, embedding models, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and delivery quality
- Manage stakeholder communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or similar role, with significant experience in AI/ML product management
- Proven experience delivering AI, Generative AI/LLM, IDP, RAG, NLP, or Computer Vision solutions
- Hands-on product management experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and embedding models
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery
- Experience translating complex business requirements into prioritized product scope, user stories, workflows, and technical requirements
- Experience with OCR, document analysis, compliance/regulatory workflows, or knowledge-intensive business processes highly desirable
- Experience as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, or Consultant for enterprise digital transformation or RegTech initiatives is a plus
- Experience automating manual workflows with domain specialists using rules, constraints, and AI-assisted processes is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Platform is a plus
- Must be based outside the Philippines
- Must align with Manila business hours and the client's business calendar and holidays
