Job Description
Technical Product Owner defining product backlogs and launching products at NICE. Collaborate with engineering and product teams for innovation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and launch new products and features
- Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define technical requirements with engineering
- Track KPIs and use data insights
- Maintain product backlog
- Drive acceptance testing
- Lead agile ceremonies
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activities
- Collaborate with Technical Writers
Requirements:
- 2+ years Product Owner experience
- Strong Agile/Scrum understanding
- Technical mindset
- Analytical and data-driven
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Experience in Conversational AI is a plus.
