Job Description
Product Owner bridging product strategy and data engineering. Collaborating on data platform for financial products at CSI.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the execution link between product strategy and data engineering delivery
- Translate requirements into well-defined user stories
- Lead sprint planning and refinement sessions
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure solutions meet platform standards
- Write SQL queries and data transformation scripts
- Define and maintain data quality standards and governance policies
- Produce business and technical documentation for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, or a related technical field
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a data-focused, software development environment
- SQL proficiency, including writing queries and validating data
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Experience with data governance concepts
- Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns
- Experience managing a product backlog and driving sprint planning in an Agile environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
