Job Description
Program Success Lead at Springboard managing the delivery of educational programs. Focused on strategic influence and team management for growth in allied health and AI sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of human-guided support and delivery for full student journey for multiple new initiatives from end-to-end
- Proactively identify capability gaps within programs and student journeys before they become bottlenecks
- Translate portfolio-level insights into strategic recommendations for Program Leadership
- Build and sustain a high-performing team by actively investing in individual development
- Demonstrate a founder's instinct for operational design
- Recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with external partners
- Serve as a connective force internally
Requirements:
