Job Description
Projektmitarbeiter:in für Social-Media-Recruiting-Kampagnen bei Gastrosterne. Umsetzung von Meta-Ads, Canva-Grafiken und Recruiting-Texten nach festen Vorlagen im Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage recruitment campaigns according to the established system
- Write copy based on templates and client information, sometimes in collaboration with AI
- Create campaign materials in Canva using existing templates
- Produce ads and graphics using each client’s photos, logos and brand colors in accordance with their corporate identity and design guidelines
- Coordinate project content, including client photos, job postings and additional information
- Enter, edit and review Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads
- Work through the established recruitment process step by step and reliably
- Participate in internal online meetings and communicate project progress
Requirements:
- Entering and editing Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads in Meta Business Manager
- Experience using Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including creating, editing and reviewing ads
- Excellent German spelling skills
- Enjoyment of writing and a good eye for appealing design
- Openness to and interest in new ideas, programs and tools
- Independent, conscientious and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to prioritize short-notice tasks as they arise
- Very good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office)
- Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings
- Willingness to work according to a clearly defined system and use templates
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or project management is not required
- Trained and experienced graphic designers are likely to be overqualified for implementing templates
