Job Description
Project Manager overseeing absence-related projects ensuring alignment with goals. Leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance at ComPsych.
Responsibilities:
- Leads projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Independently manages project timelines and resources while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Proactively identifies project risks, develops solutions, and implements corrective actions.
- Provides direction, guidance, and support to project team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field required.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP certification preferred.
- Analytical data experience preferred.
- Ability to plan and reach financial budgets and goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
