Job Description

Project Manager overseeing absence-related projects ensuring alignment with goals. Leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance at ComPsych.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Independently manages project timelines and resources while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Proactively identifies project risks, develops solutions, and implements corrective actions.
  • Provides direction, guidance, and support to project team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field required.
  • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP certification preferred.
  • Analytical data experience preferred.
  • Ability to plan and reach financial budgets and goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
