Job Description
Project Manager at Dedalus managing health technology projects. Ensuring adherence to PMBOK standards and delivering quality outcomes for healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, planning, monitoring, and controlling strategic projects within the organization
- Ensuring adherence to project management standards
- Developing and managing project schedules
- Managing project financials including cost estimates and budget control
- Implementing effective risk management processes
- Ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders
- Leading and coordinating project teams
- Ensuring quality compliance and validation of deliverables
- Preparing executive reports to highlight project performance indicators
- Serving as primary client interface
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Post ‑ graduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Process Management, Agile Management, or related areas preferred.
- PMP – Project Management Professional (Mandatory).
- Strong, proven application of PMBOK processes and knowledge areas.
- Preferred additional certifications: PMI ‑ ACP, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt).
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (oral, written, technical vocabulary).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Strategic decision ‑ making, problem ‑ solving, and high resilience.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, etc.).
