Job Description
Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Yaqeen Institute's core content products. Managing project timelines and coordinating between writers, designers, and marketing teams for impactful content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project delivery of curriculum materials
- Ensure curriculum is edited, formatted, and approved
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content creators
- Work with product managers to develop project schedules and delivery timelines
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions
- Lead squad stand-ups, sprint planning calls, and retros
- Coordinate the handoff of content and assets between key stakeholders
- Track project spend against approved budgets
- Coordinate with marketing and media teams to ensure content is optimized
- Oversee the uploading, structuring, and deployment of curriculum content on the website
- Manage publishing workflows for content staging, review, and deployment
- Maintain content taxonomies, metadata, version control, and publishing standards
- Communicate project timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, media, and growth teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Scrum Alliance (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in an Agile environment
- Deep knowledge of managing content, workflows and user permissions within a CMS
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience writing project requirements for content projects and tools
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in facilitating and driving consistency across all Agile ceremonies
