Job Description

Project Manager in cybersecurity services leading planning and execution of complex tech projects. Working with multifunctional teams and managing budgets to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex technology projects;
  • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects;
  • Develop detailed plans with schedules, milestones, and resource allocation;
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure;
  • Adapt to changing requirements or priorities;
  • Ensure collaboration and on-time delivery within cross-functional teams;
  • Manage budgets and control costs;
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues;
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations;
  • Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Project management certification: PMP or PRINCE2;
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals;
  • Proven experience managing complex IT or security projects using methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile;
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello;
  • Skilled in documentation and scope change management;
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills;
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, resource management, and conflict resolution;
  • Clear and effective communication with diverse audiences;
  • Strong risk analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail;
  • Advanced English (conversational);
