Job Description
Project Manager in cybersecurity services leading planning and execution of complex tech projects. Working with multifunctional teams and managing budgets to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of complex technology projects;
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects;
- Develop detailed plans with schedules, milestones, and resource allocation;
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure;
- Adapt to changing requirements or priorities;
- Ensure collaboration and on-time delivery within cross-functional teams;
- Manage budgets and control costs;
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues;
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations;
- Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Project management certification: PMP or PRINCE2;
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals;
- Proven experience managing complex IT or security projects using methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile;
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello;
- Skilled in documentation and scope change management;
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills;
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, resource management, and conflict resolution;
- Clear and effective communication with diverse audiences;
- Strong risk analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities;
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail;
- Advanced English (conversational);
