Job Description
Project Manager overseeing operations and staff in gas services for Bermex, Inc. Ensuring high quality and safe performance in natural gas operations.
Responsibilities:
- Direct personnel, staffing, training, planning, and overseeing operations
- Maintain excellent customer services while managing field service operations
- Plan and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies for optimum performance
- Coach, mentor and develop staff including overseeing new employee onboarding
- Collaborate with management in formulating departmental goals, strategies, and policies
Requirements:
- High School Degree/GED
- 1 year of leadership experience in management or supervisory roles
- 3 years of experience in natural gas meter exchanges
- 3 years of experience in pilot relights or similar natural gas operations experience
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
- Ability to become a proctor and evaluator for operator qualifications required to perform natural gas meter exchanges and relights
